PHOTOJOURNALISM
Heather Grant is a filmmaker/photographer who enjoys weddings and other events to which a photojournalistic style is complementary.  "I want to capture the spontaneity of an event with minimal disruption to the participants.  The reward is a truthful representation of the experience rather than a cookie cutter series of posed shots.  This approach leaves room for composed shots without sacrificing the freshness and individuality we all prize."
ACCESSIBILITY & SUSTAINABILITY        "I prefer digital technology because it supports high quality fine art film and photography techniques including archival quality prints.  Digital darkroom and non-linear editing programs allow me to process photographs and film without using  chemicals."
TRAINING      
Heather is a graduate of BCIT.  "Whenever it suits the occassion I am happy to collaborate with other professionals to provide extensive coverage of an event."
